When all you’ve done for the better part of 9 months is fight, it’s kinda weird when the battle finally comes to an end. Now that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, I’m not sure I want to be away for too long. On the topic of bad guys, here’s the left part of that Sonic mural I posted a while back.

Sam’s Gone

Sure, I knew Sam The Record Man was closed. I even knew that they’d tear the place down. But I didn’t realize until yesterday that is was already gone. Now, I’d never had a chance to go into the historic piece of Toronto, but I’ve been past the mural at the back countless times. I’m not sure if it was because it was a community project or because it was a mural that no one ever seemed to complain about, but there was something so right about it. I shall miss you, big ol’ purple thing. Yes, you too fly.
