2010 FIFA World Cup: Group Winners

Now I’m not an expert & I rarely, if ever, get lucky. However, what sports junkie doesn’t enjoy making predictions without having to put money on the line? Ah, the benefits of blogging. Anyway, here’re my picks for who’ll be moving through the group stages. No matter how much sense I might end up making, remember, there’s a good chance I’ll be wrong. Feedback is, as always, welcome.

The Prom (Pt. 2)

The limo is an overrated experience. There, I said it. It’s not like we needed it, as the amount of traveleing we did wasn’t that much. It actually took longer to get to the limo than it would’ve to go straight to the event itself. But, most of us made it there & it was far from a terrible time. The party seemed to go down as one might’ve expected it to. I won the centerpiece during a game, which was fun. Some guy got shot down the road & ended up in our parking lot. Also, I got to chill out with a few characters that I hadn’t really vibed with since elementary school. These guys almost forced me onto the bus to Wasaga Beach. The Prom (Pt. 1)

As I’ve been asked to recap my prom, let me first tell you that the fun began in the preparation. Actually, it was less about fun & more about stress. Around these parts, we weren’t allowed to have a table full of our members of our circle unless we could fill all 10 of the seats around it. The thing is we had about 17 people rolling with us that night so we were faced with ditching 7 of our friends. However, this crew doesn’t leave members behind; which was good for me, because guess who would’ve got abandoned? Read the rest of this entry
